Happy New Year!

Happy 2009! and I'm looking at what I would like to do in the coming year.
Currently I'm searching for the "Perfect Job" which, will allow me the opportunity to cook seasonally and change my menu as often as I would like.

Charcuterie is a true passion I have and something that I need to do more of. A dying art unfortunately. I love making terrines, sausage, curing, pate.
